Viewing Reports

Report Security

The Civics Exam Report is a secure, protected, report and to view the report a user needs the appropirate permissions from the Arkansas Department of Education.

The current permission settings allow:

• Appropriate State Employees to view:
  • - all aggregated district results
  • - all aggregated school results
  • - all individual student results.
• District Superintendents (and appropriate Central Office employees) to view:
  • - aggregated district results for all districts in the state
  • - and for thier district:
    • • aggregated school results
    • • individual student results
• School Principals (and appropriate School level employees) to view:
  • - aggregated district results for all districts in the state
  • - aggregated school results for thier district
  • - individual student results for thier school
• Teachers (i.e. School level employees with schedules in eSchool) to view:
  • - aggregated district results for all districts in the state
  • - aggregated school results for thier district
  • - individual student results for students they teach

If you do not currently have access to the Civics Exam report please ask the Triand Account Owner at your location to grant you permission to view the report.

Viewing Report

The current Civic Exam 2024/2025 Report is viewable at - https://rollcall.triand.com/tests.

Search for:

• Civics
• Find tests shared by my friends
• For any subject
• For any grade

Each year the report is finialized at the end of the school year on June 7th, and a new report is started for the next school year.

With the correct permissions you can drill through the data to specific districts, schools and student results.
