Immunizations

Overview

The Immunization section of the transcript contains a comprehensive list of shot records that the student has received at every district that the student has attended. Permissions are needed from your district to view immunization records.

Your district eSchool system should have a record of every immunization that the student has received (even if given at another district). The Immunization section will show you records from other districts that have not been entered into your district's eSchool system.

You can copy the missing immunization records from other district's eSchool systems if your district has given you copy permissions.

Permissions

To view immunization records, you must have the appropriate permissions granted by your district. If you do not have the necessary permissions, you will not be able to access the immunization records. To see your current permissions, go to your profile and visit the "Permissions" tab. Your current eSchool permissions will be displayed there.

Viewing Immunizations

The student's immunization records are displayed on the student's transcript. Viewing Student Transcripts explains how to show and hide various transcript sections.

Immunization records from other districts that do not exist in your district's eSchool system are highlighted in red.

Copying Immunizations

To copy immunization records you will need permissions from your district. If you have the necessary permissions, you will see a button labeled "Copy all immunizations from prior districts."

To copy immunization records from other districts, click the "Copy all immunizations from prior districts" button. This will copy all immunization records that are missing from your district's eSchool system.

Copy progress messages will be displayed as the records are being copied to your district's eSchool system.

When completed the records will reflect that they have been copied from another district.
