Programs

The Programs section of a student transcript summarizes the programs and services a student participates in. Each program appears as a checkbox — a checked box means the student is currently flagged for that program. The information is reported to RollCall by the student's district and reflects the most recent data ADE has on file.

How to read this section

  • A checked box indicates the student participates in (or is identified for) that program.
  • An unchecked box means the student is not currently flagged for that program — it does not necessarily mean they never were.
  • Some programs also show a short code in parentheses next to the label — for example Educational Placement (RR) or Residency (R). These codes come from ADE. The coded fields — Alternate Portfolio, Educational Placement, Exceptional Student Identification, and Residency — are explained in the tables below.

Data Dictionary

Where each program on the transcript originates in eSchoolPLUS, taken from RollCall's eSchool district bundle. A source is one of: a reg_personal column; a reg_user screen / field; or a reg_v_programs program identified by its Arkansas state_code_equiv (the code shown in parentheses). A few values are not stored in eSchool directly but are derived during migration (for example, Career and Technology is determined from the student's course history).

Notes: Economic Disadvantaged is derived from the student's meal-status program. ESI and Educational Placement are only reported when the student is enrolled in special education.
