Searching

The system provides easy search capabilities for students.

Select the appropriate cohort of students for your search:

• Find a couple of sample students
• Find students in my classes
• Find students at my school
• Find students at my district
• Find students in my state
• Find students I added

Enter some information about the student you are looking (ie name, district, State-ID, etc.) and click "Search" to find all students matching your criteria. Click on the student to view the transcript.

Your permissions may allow you to find students to which you do not normally have access. These students will have the label "FERPA" located at the bottom of their picture.

As a registrar enrolling a student at your district, you can view the student's record after acknowledging your request for the student's transcript from the student's current district.
