Error Responses Specific to Student Application

The response consist of the requested student State-ID and then the corresponding student application data.

The student application data contains the following fields:

student demographics - name, email, etc.
completionStatus - Information for the Completion Status Sections:
studentInformation - Information for the Student Information Section:
studentInformation.transcriptRequestFlags - Consent map controlling which assessment types are included on the PDF transcript and college transmittal. Each key (accuplacer, act, actaspire, actsuperscore, actworkkeys, ap, atlas, ib, psat, sat) is a boolean — true includes that assessment family, false suppresses it.
uiSearch - Catalog information related to the student.
schedules - The current student schedule (if any).
guardians - An array of guardian objects, each containing contact information.
courseHistory - All credit earning courses taken by the student (may include 07 and 08 grades).
courseHistory - All credit earning courses taken by the student (may include 07 and 08 grades).
communityService - All community service records for the student.
counselorCurrent - The counselor currently assigned by the district to the student.
principals - All principals at the student's last school.
superintendents - All superintendents at the student's last district.
teachersCurrent - All teachers on the student's current schedule (if currently enrolled).
teachersPrior - All teachers for the student's credit bearing report card history.
programs - Select programs the student is enrolled in (military status, international exchange, and demographic program flags). Program flags are three-state booleans: true (flagged), false (reported and not flagged), or null (the district's SIS has never reported the field for this student — treat as unknown, not "no").
- homeless - true / false / null.
- homelessStatus - Status code when homeless: S (Shelter, transitional housing, awaiting foster care), D (Doubled-Up: living with another family), HM (Hotels/Motels), SH (Substandard Housing), U (Unsheltered: cars, parks, campgrounds, temporary trailer, or abandoned buildings), O (Other), or ''.
- homelessDescription - The human-readable description of homelessStatus (populated only when homeless is true and the status code is recognized), or ''.
- specialEd - Special education participation: true / false / null.
- section504Plan - Section 504 plan: true / false / null. Note: there is no combined "disabled" field — specialEd and section504Plan are reported separately.
- economicDisadvantaged - Economically disadvantaged (Free and Reduced Lunch): true / false / null. Only present when the API user has been granted the economic-disadvantage permission; otherwise the key is absent.
- mealStatus - Meal status description: Free, Reduced, Full-price Paid, Free SNAP DC, Free Medicaid DC, Reduced Medicaid DC, or ''. Same permission requirement as economicDisadvantaged.
- singleParent - true / false / null.
immunizations - All immunization summary records for the student at their current district, one entry per vaccine series.
- doses - The individual shot records for the series at the student's current district, sorted by shotOrder. For MMR, dose 1 and dose 2 are the entries with shotOrder 1 and 2.
- shotOrder - The dose number within the series.
- shotDate - The vaccination date (YYYYMMDD). The key is absent when the district's SIS reported the dose without a date — treat a missing date as unknown.
- recordedDate - The date the dose record was last entered or changed in the district's student information system (SIS — the SMS, in Arkansas terms), YYYYMMDD. eSchool does not store a separate document received date, so use this as the document received date for the dose. It moves if the district later edits the record. The key is absent when the district's SIS has not reported one.
